Let's begin with a story. ?我先与大家分享一个故事。
Once upon a time -- well actually less than two years ago -- in a kingdom not so very far away, there was a man who traveled many miles to come to work at the jewel in the kingdom's crown -- an internationally famous company. 从前—— 事实上是不到两年以前—— 在一个不是很遥远的国度, 有一个人, 他不远千里 想要去王国的心脏工作—— 一家国际著名公司。

People who inject drugs are one of those groups I mentioned. 注射毒品的人 是我提到的族群之一。
They're at high risk of HIV through contaminated injection equipment and other risk-related behaviors. 他们是感染爱滋病的高危险群, 通过受污染的注射设备 和其它危险行为而感染。
