Interdependent leaders, on the other hand , start with a goal that's really important, but is actually impossible to achieve by one company or one person alone. 互赖型领导者 反而从很重要的目标下手 但单独一家公司或一个人无法完成

I want to give you an example from the clothing industry, which produces 92 million tons of waste a year. 有个制衣業者的例子 他们一年制造九千两百万吨垃圾
Patagonia and Eileen Fisher are clothing manufacturers, both of them B Corps, both of them deeply committed to reducing waste. Patagonia 和 Eileen Fisher 都是成衣業者 也都是共益企業 两间公司都致力减少垃圾

Interdependent leaders, on the other hand, want other people to help them, so their announcements are often an invitation for co-creation, and sometimes, they're a call for help. 互赖型领导者则是请求众人协助 他们公布目标 有时也为募集协助
