I just want to share with you what I have been experiencing over the last five years in having the great privilege of traveling to many of the poorest countries in the world. 想与你们分享 在过去的五年中 有幸去到 许多贫困国家的经历 在各地都可以见到这一幕

This scene is one I see all the time everywhere, and these young children are looking at a smartphone , and the smartphone is having a huge impact in even the poorest countries . 这些年幼的孩子 正盯着一部智能手机 即使是在最贫困的国家中,智能手机也有极大的影响力

And in this community, we started out by really just going to people's homes and talking to people, and we discovered an outbreak , an epidemic of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis . 在这个社区 我们开始走访 我们发现了一场疫情,多耐药结核病的流行
