It's always a story about a job or a coworker or a friend who's enduring something awful at work. 一般都是关于一份工作、 一个同事,或一个朋友 在工作中正在忍受不快的故事。

The power imbalance in our workplace is real, and it's constantly changing. 职场中权力分配的不均是真实的, 而且一直在变。
