I began craving wild, open spaces, and so I set out to find the places others had written off as too cold, too remote , and too dangerous to surf, and that challenge intrigued me. 我开始渴望野外,更开阔的空间 我开始寻找那些对冲浪来说 太冷,太远以及太危险的地方 这样的挑战令我着迷

There was this one particularly bumpy boat ride up the coast of Vancouver Island to this kind of remote surf spot, where we ended up watching helplessly from the water as bears ravaged our camp site . 这一次坐船特别顛簸 我们沿着温哥华岛海岸北上,到达这处遥远的冲浪地点 在那边我们最后无助的从水上 看着熊蹂躏我们的营地
